The traditional Navajo (Diné) teachings about self reliance. Sometimes it is more difficult to be self-reliant in the modern world. Not because things are more difficult... But because it is easy to rely on outside sources. 

The traditional teachings warn against this. And encourage a self-reliant lifestyle. But, for Ké or family. You will have to do it... but don't do it for only yourself.
